Mr. Bilal acquired his LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of London and his LLM degree from SOAS, University of London. His areas of expertise include the Law of Islamic Finance, International Commercial Arbitration and Commercial Law. He is also well-versed in constitutional matters as he wrote his LLM dissertation on the doctrine of necessity for the module Law and Governance in the Developing World. He is the corporate partner of the firm. Mr. Bilal has been honored by the President of Lahore High Court Bar Association, who nominated him as Vice Chairman of Jail Reforms Committee for the year 2013-14.
